Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via local courier services with tracking number. We will notify customer which courier service and tracking number of the delivery via email/sms/whatsapp
Shipping fees include handling, packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees ad packing fees are usually fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
We may place your ordered items into different boxes if the there are more than one items per order. We will notify total quantity of boxes of this shipment via email/sms/whatsapp. Should there any changes of using alternative courier company of delivery, customer will get notice as well.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
